Osteria Sole began with our grandmother's notebook — forty years of Sunday lunches written in pencil. We opened in 2015 with twelve tables and a promise to cook those dishes the way she did: slowly, generously, and with whatever the market had that morning.
The kitchen is open to the dining room, so you can watch every plate come together. On warm evenings the front windows fold back and the room spills out onto the street.

Our pasta is made in-house every morning, and the menu changes with the seasons — look for spring peas and ramps, summer tomatoes, autumn squash and winter braises.
We keep a short list of Italian wines from small family producers, chosen to go with the food rather than outshine it.
